Shipping
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We primarily ship packages via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. While we make every attempt to ship the day of your order, there is no guarantee of this. We also cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in any particular time frame. There are instances where UPS, USPS, and FedEx will delay the shipment of a package due to unforeseen events. If your package has been delayed beyond its scheduled delivery time, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges. Please be aware that UPS, USPS, and FedEx do not have any guarantees as to the delivery time of a ground package.
Free shipping is offered on some of our products. Qualifying orders shipping within the continental U.S. can use Standard Shipping. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or addresses outside of the continental U.S. do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
SunFire Off-Road is not responsible or obligated to honor any price, quantity, or shipping misprint on the Site. Errors can and do occur despite best efforts to avoid them. Prices, quantities and terms listed on the Site are advertisements only. They are not offers to contract.
We make every attempt to ship our orders within 24 to 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). If there is to be an extended delay in shipping your order due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt within all reasonable means to contact you for further instructions.
Terms and Conditions
All use of products sold by SunFire Off-Road is at the consumer's own risk. Customers must properly install and use accordingly for optimal safety and performance. SunFire Off-Road will not accept responsibility for improper use, alterations, and installation of any products purchased from us.
All of our products are for off-road use only, any use of the products otherwise is not recommended.
We at SunFire Off-Road reserve the right to store customer and demographic information for the sole purpose of customer support and satisfaction as well as the ease of future customer purchases and promotional campaigns. We DO NOT share ANY customer information outside our business without the customer’s consent.
Please note, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exceptions will be made at our discretion based on the guidelines in our shipping and returns policies. By submitting your personal information (name, address, phone number, credit card information, etc.) you are authorizing SunFire Off-Road to use this information. As the customer, you accept the responsibility for payment and all other liabilities!
